📈Market Update for January 2021📈

The average listing in January 2021 was on the market for only 7 days! That is a decrease of 78% from last year. The decrease can definitely be attributed to the lack of inventory and a surplus of buyers coming from the GTA. It’s been the second month where we’ve seen home sales outnumber the new listings.
